CANCELLATION POLICY (Services)

Order Cancellation by Customer:

Customers can request a cancellation of their order before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be handled as a return under our Return Policy.

Customer can cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.


Order Cancellation by Merchant:

Amolika By Anika reserves the right to cancel any order for the following reasons:

  • The item is out of stock or discontinued.

  • Inaccurate or incomplete payment, billing, or shipping information.

  • Suspected fraudulent activity or transaction.


Refund for Cancelled Orders:

If payment has already been made and the order is cancelled before shipping, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.
Refunds will be issued within 10–45 days, depending on the issuing bank’s policies.


No Cancellation After Shipment:

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may request a return or exchange after receiving the item, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


Cardholder Responsibility:

Customers must retain a copy of the transaction record and are responsible for adhering to all merchant policies and terms.


Governing Law:

This Cancellation Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
