No, you don't have to sign up. You can proceed as a guest. However, it is recommended to create an account to expedite your second visit and thereafter.
In order to track your order, you will need to create an account on our store. You'll receive a confirmation email from our store, once your order is on its way. Subsequently clicking on the circulated tracking link, will provide you up to date tracking.
Currently, we accept all cards via the online payment model. We don’t have Cash on Delivery option.
The product shipping time will depend on the product category and is clearly mentioned in every detailed product page. The shipping time will then depend on the shipping address.

We charge for shipping as per actual worldwide rates. The rates are based on the shipping country and the the total weight of the product(s).
In our experience, small parcels don’t normally incur any custom duties. But, if any customs duty is levied then it will need to be borne by the customer.
We will send you an e-mail with the courier partner name, expected date of delivery and the tracking number so that you can check the status online.
If the shipment is domestic i.e. within India, it will take a maximum of four days. In case of international shipping, delivery takes place within a time span of one week to ten days depending on shipping country.
